Project overview

NexoraVerse's own AI-powered command center that unifies leads, projects, finance, and communications into one real-time platform.

Running a growing business means switching between a CRM, a project tool, a spreadsheet for finances, an inbox, and WhatsApp — with no single place that actually knows what's happening across all of it. CoreX is NexoraVerse's own AI-powered business operations platform, built to solve that exact problem: one command center where leads, projects, tasks, finance, and communication all live together, with an AI agent that has live context on all of it.

CoreX isn't a client project — it's software NexoraVerse built for itself first, running its own leads pipeline and finances in production every day, and is now available for other founders and operators who are tired of juggling six different tools to run one business.

Client challenges & requirements

The core requirements that shaped this build:

  • A single source of truth for leads, projects, and finance — no more switching between five tools to answer one business question.
  • An AI agent that actually knows the business's real, current data — not a generic chatbot with no context.
  • Support for multiple companies/entities with separate financials, viewed from one dashboard.
  • Fast, bulk WhatsApp outreach that doesn't feel or perform like a basic messaging tool.
  • Enough structure for operations and finance, without becoming slow, over-engineered enterprise software.

Project solution

We built CoreX as a full operations platform with a live AI layer at its core:

  • Leads CRM — a 7-stage pipeline with AI enrichment, duplicate detection, and automatic domain-based routing.
  • Projects & Tasks — Kanban boards, milestone and payment tracking, and a priority board that flags blockers and overdue work automatically.
  • Finance — real-time net profit tracking and per-company profit & loss, so multi-entity founders see true numbers, not spreadsheet guesswork.
  • Unified inbox — Gmail and Zoho mail in one threaded view, plus WhatsApp campaign sending at up to 80 messages a second with live progress tracking.
  • CoreX Intelligence — an AI agent with live context injection from the business's actual pipeline and financial data, running on a dual-LLM setup (Gemini + Claude) so answers are specific, not generic.

Finance — real-time net profit and per-entity P&L, replacing manual spreadsheet reconciliation.

Founders running more than one company get a true, live view of what each entity actually made and spent — no more Excel juggling at month-end.
